The Position The food manager's key responsibilities include: Maintaining a clean and safe work environment and ensuring minimum wastage efficiently and consistently. Rostering Staff management Providing courteous, friendly, and welcoming service to our guests. Following Health & Safety policies and procedures. Ensuring a clean environment at all times. About You The successful candidate will have a passion for Asian cuisine and great customer service! Although experience in a similar role is preferred, it is not required – we provide in-depth training on our menu, policies, and procedures, as well as refresher training throughout your employment.
