Job Description This key role will support our onsite Account Management teams across key client partnerships, including managing operations, contract governance, supplier service contracts, reporting, financial management, and special projects. Some of your key responsibilities include: Provide support to Account Managers, ensure effective operations, facilitate communication, ensure policy consistency, and chair the Account Manager forum for best practices. Develop and maintain robust governance frameworks to ensure compliance with contracts, company policies, and industry regulations. Own the planning, delivery, and follow-through associated with Governance requirements as outlined under each Service Agreement and partnership. Manage key supplier relationships, ensuring service levels are met and performance standards are maintained without interruptions. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions for the company. Prepare and manage monthly Cost Centre reports in partnership with internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to clients. Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Manage WMS Debtors reporting, ensuring monthly WMS invoices are paid in line with agreed payment terms. Identify, assess, recommend, and implement new operational systems and processes designed to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and customer experience. Develop and implement recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, coordinate the hiring process, and facilitate onboarding for new employees. Oversee payroll and benefits programs, conduct salary benchmarking, manage compensation structures, and handle employee benefits enrolment and queries. Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the workplace and/or service industry. Capacity to develop and implement effective strategies to improve operations.
