Award/Classification: Tasmanian State Service Award - General Stream Band 8 $140,703 to $150,200 per annum Employment type: Permanent, full-time Region: South To lead and manage a high-level consultancy and advisory service, together with the provision of strategic and specialist advice to senior officers, managers and principals throughout the Agency on a range of workplace issues, including conduct, behaviour and formal grievance processes. Represent the Agency in negotiations with Unions and in various tribunals. This is a Department built entirely for children and young people and their communities. Period of Appointment Ongoing - ASAP Start Date Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1. Hours per fortnight 73.5 hours per fortnight Minimum Requirements Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment) Tertiary qualifications in law, industrial relations or a related field would be an advantage.
