This ethos is at the heart of everything we do.The Opportunity This position works closely and collaboratively with the Care Management Team, Rostering, Community Support Workers, Clinical Team, Consumers, Governance, Contractors, My Aged Care, and other Team Leaders. This role is responsible for the leadership, supervision, support and mentoring of Care Managers through assessment, referral, co-ordination, monitoring and case management. The role is responsible for the overall package financial management. The role focuses on wellness and reablement as well as client choice and control. It works with all relevant staff and teams to promote growth of packages and funding. About You With a proven track record in management, you'll be a dynamic and confident people leader with excellent operational skills. This is a rewarding role where your expertise in aged care management and your ability to navigate business operations will be crucial. Your experience Extensive senior leadership in aged care management, particularly in-home care services Strong understanding of Home Care Package Program management A tertiary qualification in business management, Health Administration, or a related discipline, or significant business-related experience Knowledge of current issues and trends in health care and policy The ability to inspire trust, lead, and build a new layer of specialist team operating at high performance levels Experience in identifying the key drivers in risk and reward relationships Demonstrated ability to achieve better business outcomes through developing initiatives and improvements leading to cost reduction and improved outcomes People leadership, leading with openness, encouragement, collaboration, and flexibility We are committed to creating a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
