Job Description
Giant Steps, in the heart of the Yarra Valley, is seeking a Viticulture Manager to begin in May, 2020. This role will oversee a portfolio of owned, leased, and grower vineyards. Meticulous and relentless in its pursuit of quality, Giant Steps is admired at the elite level of wine around the world. The role encompasses oversight of the viticulture team and growers, hands-on management of two key sites, plus financial, environmental, and OH&S management of the entire viticulture side of the business. Reporting to the Chief Winemaker, the role will involve light domestic travel plus some representation at promotional events. This is a viticulture role of the highest quality, with a remuneration package commensurate with the experience and drive required.
