Whether advising on strategies that respond to the decarbonising economy, or building resilience in the face of warming and more volatile weather, ERM Energetics seeks Managing Consultants who are energised to help businesses address the climate challenge. You will manage client relationships. As a project manager, you are a trusted advisor responsible for delivering client work, coordinating project team members, and managing the project budget. What do I need to be successful in this role? 2-5 years’ experience in climate risk assessment (physical or transition), scenario analysis and TCFD. Project management and client management experience, including workshop facilitation and highly developed presentation skills. Preferred requirements are: Experience in carbon markets and previous consulting experience in ESG will be highly regarded. Strategic thinking and the ability to distil information into compelling client-focused insights. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with complex information and extract the most valuable insights. Well-developed understanding of the drivers of business’ response to climate change.
