Wichard Pacific, a global leader in sailboat hardware, is looking for a new Marine Sales & Technical Manager to join its small Sydney-based team and help promote the Group's several leading brands. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Marine Sales & Technical Manager located in Sydney, NSW. The role involves managing existing trade customers, growing new business, and providing technical expertise in sailing applications. Interstate travelling will be required. Job Responsibilities Management of an existing portfolio of trade customers Identify and develop new business opportunities for the marine division brands of the Wichard Groupe Develop & implement sales strategies for key accounts Ensure efficient communication with Customer service to provide impeccable service to customers Profile Marine/Sailing experience & skills a must Understanding of marine industry standards Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to handle client requirements and technical specifications Experience in sales and technical roles Problem solving oriented A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Proficiency in using business software (CRM, Excel, experience with Microsoft D365 is a plus) Must hold a valid working visa for Australia What We Offer Join a growing group, leading in the Marine industry Possibility to travel to France Flexibility with sailing commitments Competitive package Permanent Contract Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Industries Sporting Goods Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
