About the Role This role is all about variety and exposes you to a wide range of projects and activities, including: brand and marketing management digital and social media marketing public relations content creation overseeing creative design assisting with events market research campaigns coordinating website projects. As a Marketing Account Manager overseeing your client’s projects, you will be managing your own client portfolio of international, national and local brands in the fields of leisure, lifestyle, aged care, health, hospitality, not-for-profit, retail and Indigenous business. This role is for an experienced Marketing Account Manager, with a view to take on a senior role in the future and grow within our team. Essential: Strong people management skills, not just for your clients but also internal team members Excellent communication skills A desire to work as part of a collaborative team The confidence and resilience required to deal with a fast-paced working environment Must have a high level of creativity with outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills An enthusiastic personality with a willingness to learn new skills An interest in digital marketing and advertising Excellent knowledge and passion for social media and content creation Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail Desired: A tertiary qualification in marketing, public relations, communications, journalism or media Experience in Marketing Management, coordination or similar agency role Experience in customer service or administration Experience in using WordPress, Google Ads and Meta Ads This is a rare opportunity to learn new skills and gain invaluable industry experience while working for a leading agency.
