Job Description We’re seeking a versatile professional with a knack for both marketing and administration to support our thriving coaching business and budding e-commerce venture. In this role, you’ll create engaging content, manage our online presence, and handle essential administrative tasks. You’ll work directly with the business owner to drive growth, enhance client experiences, and streamline operations. This position offers a unique blend of creative and analytical work, perfect for someone who thrives in a varied, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Create eye-catching marketing materials using Canva for social media and other platforms Manage and update our Shopify store, including adding new items and product information Provide assistance in general admin and marketing of the client's Shopify store Handle email communications with clients, delivering value-added content Transform written content into visually appealing formats for client distribution Assist with event planning and coordination for coaching programs Perform various administrative tasks to support smooth business operations Help with basic website updates and maintenance Update and align website content and visuals with brand identity. Collaborate directly with the business owner on growth initiatives Optimize the site for search engines focusing on niche-relevant keywords. Requirements Proficiency in Canva and other content creation tools Proficiency in the Shopify platform Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Basic marketing knowledge and familiarity with social media platforms Sharp attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Comfort with video conferencing tools like Zoom Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Enthusiasm for health, wellness, and e-commerce industries a plus Has basic knowledge in SEO Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
