Permanent P/T role – 3 or 4 days per weekFun office environment – Gold Coast LocationFlexible hours28hrs a week, can be flexible or hours/daysAbout you:We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Marketing and Administration Assistant who is eager to learn and grow with the company. This role is a few days per week (9am-3pm or can be flexible)Duties/Responsibilities:Attending to incoming phone calls, faxes, and emailsInvoicing and receiptingData entry of billing informationLiaising with clients and stakeholdersCreating written marketing materialsWorking with databasesAd hoc administration tasksAssisting our team and other departments as neededOur requirements are:A Bachelor’s qualification in design or a related discipline or equivalent experienceGood understanding of office management and marketing principlesGood knowledge of market research techniques and databasesExcellent knowledge of MS OfficeExquisite communication and people skillsGeneral knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, IllustratorAbility to learn and master new information, processes and procedures quicklyCreative flair with high attention to detailOrganisation and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, perform under pressure and meet tight deadlinesInterpersonal, communication and stakeholder engagement skillsWork well autonomously as well as a in a teamCulture is everything at AHP.Seats are filling fast.
