What You’ll Do: As a Marketing Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting our marketing strategies and initiatives. You’ll: Execution of existing marketing strategies to ensure Stryker South Pacific’s success in achieving market share, attaining/retaining market leadership, and optimising profitability Execute marketing plans for new and existing products Aid in the creation of the annual marketing plans Create marketing collateral and communications material Develop and measure product promotion campaigns Provide the sales team with support - including product training and current market/product information Organise and participate in conferences - including workshops and meetings with surgeons, registrars and theatre staff What You Bring: A passion for marketing and a strong desire to build your career in this field. A proactive and creative mindset with the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
