Description As the Marketing Campaign Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the design, development, and delivery of fully integrated marketing campaigns for the Melbourne Royal Food and Beverage Awards, the Melbourne Showgrounds and Victoria Pavilion. This role supports the Marketing Campaign Manager to deliver growth and lead generation campaigns across venue and awards, in line with key business KPIs and the annual marketing calendar. The role is a key position within a collaborative and supportive team that is service orientated, and results driven. Key Responsibilities The key objective of this position is to coordinate the delivery of marketing assets and campaigns for the Melbourne Royal food and beverage awards programs and Melbourne Showgrounds venues. This includes, but is not limited to: Meeting with internal stakeholders to formulate detailed and comprehensive campaign and project plans Working closely with the CRM team to analyse and record relevant historical performance data including presentation ticket sales and entries. Plus, post-campaign analysis. Development of creative, videography/ photography and media campaign briefs Engage external agencies and creative partners to brief in marketing collateral, event signage, digital executions and branded assets for relevant campaigns Supporting and assisting with marketing research requirements when required Updating content and reporting on website performance across brand sites Using HubSpot to implement targeted email/ sms campaigns to optimise contact rates and campaign awareness Co-ordinate paid social and digital acquisition campaigns across Meta and Google Assist with the roll-out of sponsorship, sales and venue marketing deliverables where required Manage and coordinate image catalogues and photoshoots for all marketing campaigns and activations Process marketing invoices on time and within budget. Support brand custodianship to maintain consistency across all assets and applications Provide support across all functions of the Marketing & Creative Services Team as required Contribute to team meetings, planning sessions, staff updates and overall team ethos Skills And Experiences To excel in this role, you will have: A tertiary qualification in marketing or similar discipline is preferred Mandatory 2+ years previous experience in a marketing, agency, or digital role Experience in briefing creative agencies and production suppliers preferred Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Meta, Google, GA4 and HubSpot is preferred Ability to work both independently and as an effective team member Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight timeframes Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite Dynamic, self-motivated, energetic and tech savvy Collaborative and open, credible and engaging demeanour Enthusiastic and self-motivated, flexible and responsive to change A sense of humour, diligent, punctual and reliable Excellent attention to detail Ability to work as a team member within the ethos and values of Melbourne Royal.
