About the Role Inquisitive is seeking a Marketing Cloud Specialist with Salesforce Development experience to support marketing, customer acquisition, and support functions across Australia and the US. This role involves collaborating with marketing, engineering, and data teams to improve global campaign effectiveness, maintain integrations, and deliver key business insights. The position requires travel to the Mosman office twice a week. Key Responsibilities Campaign Orchestration & Execution: Manage customer journeys using Marketing Cloud’s Journey Builder in partnership with the Marketing and Operations teams. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key metrics to optimize campaign performance and drive actionable insights. Email Performance Management: Oversee email performance, including IP reputation management. Salesforce Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards to measure campaign ROI and effectiveness. CRM Integration Management: Work with the engineering team to develop technical solutions and maintain integrations with product applications. Data Pipeline Management: Collaborate with the Data Science team to manage data flows between Salesforce, S3 data lake, and Snowflake. Configuration Management: Maintain and optimize Salesforce configurations, including process flows, custom fields, page layouts, and dynamic layouts. Required Skills and Experience 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (including Email Studio and Journey Builder). 4+ years of Salesforce Development experience, including integrations and hands-on experience with Service Cloud. Salesforce certifications: Administrator and Platform Developer I. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering. Strong understanding of email performance management and IP reputation. Proficiency in Lightning frameworks, LWC, Triggers, Batch, Integrations, APIs, and SQL. Experience using CI/CD pipelines and managing the Salesforce development lifecycle. Bonus Skills Knowledge of AWS services (AppFlow, Lambda functions, CloudWatch).
