You must possess a keen understanding of digital marketing trends and possess the ability to leverage various platforms to optimize our marketing campaigns.Additionally, your role will involve coordinating and executing events, overseeing content creation, and managing social media accounts to ensure consistent and engaging communication with our audience. Providing insightful analytics and reporting on campaign performance will also be a critical aspect of your responsibilities, enabling data-driven decisions that align with our business goals.Your creativity and strategic thinking will be crucial in crafting compelling marketing messages across multiple brands that resonate with each target audience and differentiate us in the competitive marketplace. A proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure and a passion for marketing with a proven background in the industry is required.About You: Create digital marketing initiatives including EDM, website management, Google Analytics (GA), SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns. Produce compelling content tailored to target audiences, including EDM creation, imagery, social media posts. Regular reporting on content performance. Plan and execute memorable, meaningful, and innovative internal events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet organisational goals. Plan and execute external events, developing and executing event logistics and themes tailored to each audience. Implement comprehensive communication strategies and plans tailored to our diverse portfolio. Craft and distribute external communications, including campaign messaging, media announcements, press releases, newsletters, and corporate announcements. Develop and deliver internal communications, including creating blogs, editing our intranet Common Property, and yearbook content. Take briefs from Senior Leaders/Leaders on legislation changes; industry updates; office relocations etc. to develop appropriate content for both internal and external communication. Provide general marketing and communication support as needed. Skills and Experiences: Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related field. 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in comparable marketing roles, with proven expertise in digital marketing and lead generation. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Meta platforms, CRM systems, and SEO best practices. Experienced in planning and executing small to medium sized events. Understanding of social media trends, platforms, and strategies, with a proven track record of building brand presence and engagement. Content Creation Skills: Experience in creating compelling visuals, videos, and written content tailored to target audiences. Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Meta suite. Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. Proactive approach to problem solving and ability to multitask. Experience in the strata industry is desirable.
