Our Marketing team is keen to find our next superstar Marketing & Consumer Insights Partner in a full time capacity. A hybrid role working 2 days in office (Narre Warren or Pakenham) and work from home. 9-day fortnight also available. This is an exciting new role that will be joining our team as part of our new marketing strategy and team structure. We are seeking a highly analytical leader who will enjoy the exciting challenge of embedding a test and learn approach to our work and driving iterative improvements. Your experience in improving, automating and building new measurement and reporting processes will be critical in this role. You will be responsible for delivering insights and reports that drive improvement and innovation across Windermere. As a skilled and experienced analytical leader , you will thrive in automating manual data collection processes, unearthing data driven insights and reporting on actionable recommendations. You will engage key stakeholders across Windermere, becoming a strategic partner to: Identify key assumptions and hypotheses we can test Determine key metrics to measure Conduct key market research and analysis Automate marketing measurement and reporting Embed a test and learn mindset in our work This role will be crucial to the success of our Marketing Strategy and ensuring the marketing team meets the needs of the organisation. Key Selection Criteria: Minimum of 3-5 years’ marketing, systems, automation and/or analytics experience Tertiary qualification (Bachelor or higher) in Marketing, Business, Commerce or similar Working knowledge and demonstrated experience with marketing automation systems, CRMs (Salesforce preferably), website CMS platforms, social media platforms, analytics (Google Analytics & Power BI preferably) and reporting tools Proven experience in implementing test and learn methodologies to enhance operational performance Highly analytical mindset, able to interpret complex data and transform insights into actionable, growth-oriented strategies Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines and managing high level stakeholders Ability to effectively communicate technical enhancements and actionable recommendations Ability to work as part of a team at all levels of the organisation Demonstrated ability to use analytical skills and deliver insights that drive improvement and innovation Current Victorian Drivers License Willingness to undertake a Police Check and Working with Children Check If this job excites you, then click the “Apply” button to view the detailed Position Description and submit your application.
