Marketing Coordinator – Drive Our Brand & Promotions to the Next Level Are you a hands-on marketer with a passion for brand building, an eye for detail, and a knack for bringing people together? Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co. is on the lookout for a Marketing Coordinator to help execute our brand and promotional strategies, coordinate memorable events, and keep our social media buzzing. Working closely with our hospitality venues, brewery team, and third-party suppliers, you’ll ensure every campaign runs smoothly—and, of course, feels delightfully cheeky. The Role In this hands-on position, you’ll immerse yourself in the day-to-day hustle of our venues and brewery—collaborating with teams, building relationships, and ensuring every project is completed on time and on budget. While part-time WFH might be considered, we prefer someone who can fully engage on-site and soak up our cheeky culture. Key Responsibilities Coordinate brand and promotional strategies developed by our Marketing Manager and Director of Operations. Collaborate with our hospitality venues, brew crew, and external agencies to keep messaging and visuals on-point. Manage social media calendars, EDMs, content, and community engagement to amplify our brand voice. Execute events —from intimate tastings to large-scale promotions—ensuring every detail is handled with precision. Plan & Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to maintain momentum and measure campaign success. Bonus Points: Create & Curate Content Wizardry : Show off your skills behind a camera, in design software, or editing footage for social media, product shots, EDMs, and promotional materials. If you can bring our brand to life with eye-catching visuals or snappy video clips, you’ll be at the head of the pack. About You We’re looking for someone who: A proven track record in marketing—be it social media, events, brand building or a degree—and can wow us with your achievements. Is organised and detail-oriented, adept at juggling multiple projects. Loves hospitality and understands how to create standout customer experiences. Froths beverages and gets the magic of sharing a cold one with mates. Has excellent communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Brings a creative spark —whether it’s for promotional ideas, writing copy, or styling events. Appreciates a cheeky sense of humour (we’re serious about not taking ourselves too seriously). Software Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools is essential. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (or similar) is a plus.
