Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Senior Marketing Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and traffic across our Shopping Centres in New South Wales. This role will involve executing marketing campaigns, building relationships with key stakeholders, and providing ROI reporting on campaign success.About Haben Haben is a privately owned funds and property management business that specializes in unlocking value from retail shopping centres currently located across the East coast of Australia. We are growing steadily whilst maintaining our personal touch and care both about our community of co-investors and partners, and the communities where our assets are located.About the role Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in implementing marketing strategies to increase visitation to the centre and improve retailer sales. Develop and execute marketing campaigns and activations that enhance retailer performance. Build and maintain relationships with retailers, customers, suppliers, local community groups, schools, and other stakeholders. Support retailer relations to ensure successful delivery of centre campaigns that drive sales and traffic. Provide ROI reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. About you Tertiary education in marketing, business or related field preferred. Entry-level experience in a marketing or similar role; shopping centre experience highly regarded. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a team. Excellent organisational skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. The role is full-time based out of our Westpoint (Blacktown) Shopping Centre and provides support to our other centres in NSW.
