As part of our Australian Marketing team, you'll play a key role in enhancing and protecting the FTI Consulting brand, bringing our local success stories, thought leadership, and community initiatives to life. In this exciting Marketing Coordinator role, you'll work closely with our Technology Marketing Director to support our Technology Consulting segment—a team of specialists helping businesses solve complex data challenges with expertise in legal and regulatory matters. You will also support a range of cross-firm and corporate marketing initiatives. What You’ll Do: Support marketing and business development initiatives , from strategy to execution. Manage multiple projects and collaborate with key internal stakeholders. Assist with planning and delivering impactful in-person and virtual events . Develop engaging content that aligns with our brand identity and tone of voice . Assist in reviewing campaign performance by gathering data and sharing insights. What We're Looking For: A marketing all-rounder with 1–2 years of experience , ideally in professional services (consulting, law, accounting, engineering, etc.) or an eager learner with a strong interest in the industry. A good understanding of marketing principles , with excellent project management and analytical skills . A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in both independent and collaborative environments. Someone passionate about the intersection of technology, business, and marketing . Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint critical). Experience with Adobe programs (Photoshop, Indesign, Acrobat and Premiere Pro) and event management systems (such as Cvent, Splash or Eventbrite) is encouraged but not essential. Professional and positive manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage, build relationships and communicate with others. Ability to prioritise, multi-task and remain calm under pressure. More About The Role In this diverse role, your responsibilities will involve: Strategic Planning and Execution: Research support to inform business development and marketing activities. Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print and events. Conduct reviews and design layouts for content and collateral. Business Development: Assist with the preparation and review of capability statements. Maintain and manage the credentials database. Assist with managing and drafting the consultants' bios for the website, proposals and other relevant marketing collateral. Support the client listening program by preparing reports and taking detailed notes during feedback sessions. Assist with client follow-up and lead generation resulting from marketing campaigns. Support in drafting submissions for awards and directories. Content and Collateral Development and Management: Assist in creating, editing and managing content for various marketing materials, including brochures, service sheets, newsletters, websites, videos, social media and email campaigns. Maintain national marketing and social media activity pipelines. Provide support on brand guideline training for the Technology segment. Event and Sponsorship Management: Participate in marketing events from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies and freelancers. Assist with promotion and post-event follow-up to maximise engagement and return on investment. Support the delivery of external sponsorship benefits. Work with the Sydney admin team to maintain banners and other marketing materials in the Sydney office. Digital Marketing: Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media (paid) campaigns, website and email marketing. Support the management of the CRM platform (Salesforce). Assist in tracking and reviewing performance metrics to help optimise campaigns and report on effectiveness.
