Job Reference: 948758 We’re currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Engagement Officer to help craft and deliver impactful marketing campaigns that engage and inspire future students. This role supports the Marketing Engagement team in producing email nurture and conversion activities that drive domestic future student applications and strengthen Curtin’s brand reputation. Working closely with Brand, Recruitment Events, and Digital Engagement teams, you will help develop and implement effective email content, support marketing automation programs, promote recruitment events, and deliver insightful analytics for campaign optimisation. With a customer-centric approach and broad marketing skills, you will contribute to impactful programs that convert leads into applications. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning, production, and execution of marketing automation and email engagement campaigns. Create engaging written content tailored to different student audiences. Support the promotion of recruitment events across digital platforms. Analyse and report on campaign performance, applying insights to improve future marketing efforts. Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing content is aligned with Curtin’s brand and student engagement strategy. What You’ll Bring Relevant qualifications and experience within marketing, communications, and/or related field. Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling email and digital content. Understanding of lead generation, audience segmentation, and digital marketing best practices. Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team. Desirable Experience using Marketo, Salesforce, or other marketing automation platforms. Previous experience in a university or higher education environment. Basic HTML knowledge. Work Requirements Working with Children’s Check Full working rights in Australia On-site position, therefore successful candidates must currently be living and/or have confirmed relocation to Perth, WA.
