Position Overview: You will be shaping and bringing to life strategic growth plans for the brand, by building and executing initiatives across a range of paid, owned and earned channels. In this exciting new role, you will work with DAISE Founder & Marketing Manager to continue to create and build on DAISE’s global success. You will be working with Tier 1 retailers including ULTA, Target, Tesco, Boots, and many more. DAISE targets the Gen A / Gen Z consumer, so the ideal candidate will be a lover of TikTok and across all the latest pop culture trends and influencers. Roles & Responsibilities You will be working alongside the Marketing Manager to lead/support and execute marketing activity across USA, Canada, UK, ANZ and other markets DAISE launches into! Collaborate with the Marketing team to manage influencer activity across organic, paid, and seeded channels. This includes creating briefs, reviewing content, reporting on campaigns, and managing relationships. Lead the localisation and execution of paid and organic global campaigns, supplementing as needed with additional localised content or activations. This includes content plan briefing and management with the content marketing team. Serve as the primary contact for PR relationship and activity management. This includes executing giveaways, briefing agencies on upcoming activities, and managing bi-weekly calls, ensuring the press tracker and press book are updated. Execution of new product launches across all primary marketing channels under the guidance of the Marketing Manager. Manage brand UGC strategy: Creator Studio & Brkaway. Oversee the management of all marketing stock (globally). Manage monthly tracking and invoice reconciliation of marketing budget, ensuring adherence to planned budgets and activities set by the Marketing Manager. This includes timely management of invoices and payments. Act as key contact for customer service (across relevant markets) and manage monthly updates and actions. Support bi-monthly internal and external updates for relevant markets. Handle the execution and ongoing maintenance of retailer listings. Conduct post-activity evaluation, extract insights and develop lessons learned and recommendations for future brand activity. Provide task management support for the Marketing Manager where necessary. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, media, influencers, KOL, agencies. You will be a generalist brand marketer who will be empowered to also be involved in global showroom builds and execution. Oversee global awards and participate in brainstorming sessions and knowledge sharing with the beauty team. Skills & Experience Relevant experience in a brand or digital marketing role or equivalent from an agency (Ideally between 3-4 years). You are deeply collaborative and foster a positive and high performing culture. Exceptional multitasking skills with the ability to set priorities, and stay focused. A go-getter mindset, fuelled by energy, creativity and a solutions-oriented approach. You’ll have a strategic and curious mindset. Team player.
