The role We are currently seeking the services of a Marketing Executive – Campaigns & Content to join our National Digital & Marketing team (Retail). This role works in partnership with our shopping centre-based Marketing teams and is responsible for providing operational marketing support across GPT’s Retail portfolio. In this role, you will help manage the execution of all national and local campaign and content requirements, in collaboration with our centre-based teams and internal and external creative resources. What you will be doing Working with internal teams, agencies and external suppliers to deliver high-quality creative assets and marketing campaigns on time and within budget. Collaborating with centre marketing teams to ensure all briefs and documentation include all necessary information and are submitted on time. Project managing the creative rollout and production of all campaign assets ensuring that each campaign element and creative execution is in line with the campaign idea, the design brief, the centre brand positioning and talks to the customer. Contributing to the development of the annual national campaign plan and implementation which underpins the broader strategic plan to drive traffic, sales and market share across all centres. Supporting the Digital Marketing team in the creation and implementation of digital assets including edms and website updates. Maintaining campaign timelines from planning through to reporting with particular focus on timely delivery and critically assessing campaign performance and results identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Helping identify key customer segments and develop campaigns to address business opportunities championing the customer in all campaigns and initiatives. What makes you stand out You are a tertiary qualified Marketing Executive with prior experience in a similar role preferably within the retail sector and have a good understanding of effective communication on digital channels. You are able to identify key priorities, manage multiple projects and deliver initiatives within budget and are able to build effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also need exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and be comfortable working with digital software and tools. This role would suit a team player, with a creative eye for design and strong attention to detail, looking to build their career.
