As part of the Senior Management Team, you’ll directly impact Landers Pocket’s growth, brand positioning, and commercial success. ABOUT LANDERS POCKET Picture this: a craft brewery and distillery, and 600-person hospitality hub, live entertainment under the stars, and a bigger and better Golf Central BNE – all in one destination. That’s Landers Pocket. Launching mid-2025, we’re bringing Brisbanites a re-imagined golf entertainment experience, featuring: A fully operation brewery in collaboration with Green Beacon Brewing, Landers Pocket Distillery, and beer garden – because great times deserve great drinks. A stunning outdoor amphitheatre – live music, entertainment, and more. Two mini-golf courses & an expanded state-of-the-art driving range – complete with ball tracking tech. Multiple event and function spaces – whether it’s a party, corporate event, or a Sunday Session Padel courts – the fastest-growing sport in the world, now in Brisbane. This isn’t just another venue – it’s a game-changing entertainment destination. Now, we need an exceptional Marketing Manager to help bring it to life. ABOUT THE ROLE As Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind growing the existing, industry leading Golf Central business. You will also be responsible for launching and promoting Landers Pocket, making sure that when the doors open, everyone in Brisbane knows about it – and can’t wait to experience it. This role is for someone who thinks big, loves crafting compelling marketing campaigns, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for: Brand Development & Strategy – Shaping and executing our marketing plan to ensure a strong, memorable brand presence. Campaign Management – Creating and executing marketing campaigns that drive hype and foot traffic linked to revenue budgets. Partnerships & Collaborations – Working with key partners to maximise reach, exposure and patronage. Event Promotion & PR – Getting Landers Pocket front and centre in the media and on must-visit lists. Working closely with events team to conceptualise and promote, in order for the team to deliver the best experiences that drive foot traffic. Customer Engagement & Growth – Developing loyalty programs, promotions, and activations to keep people coming back for more. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR A natural storyteller – You know how to create a buzz and bring a brand to life. Marketing expert – 5+ years in marketing and degree qualified in marketing. A background in hospitality or entertainment industries would be an advantage. Strategic & results-driven – You can see the big picture while making data-backed decisions. Creative thinker – You’re full of ideas that make people stop, look, and get involved. A go-getter – You love working in a dynamic environment and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves.
