Our intuitive, all-in-one platform streamlines workflows, enhances client collaboration, and helps legal professionals work smarter. With a growing customer base, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to drive our multi-channel marketing strategy and help take SILQ to the next level. What You'll Be Doing Website & Content Management: Keep our website up to date with new information, managing imagery and design updates. Marketing Strategy & Budgeting: Develop and execute the marketing plan & budget in collaboration with our Head of Customer Experience. Content & Retention Planning: Create and implement content plans for retention, onboarding, and lead generation. Automated Nurture Sequences: Develop A/B-tested email nurture sequences for customer engagement and lead conversion. Multi-Channel Campaigns: Implement and oversee marketing campaigns across digital, social media, paid ads, and EDMs. Lead Generation & Sales Activation: Execute strategies to activate cold leads and drive new business. Partnerships & Collaborations: Work with relevant industry associations to expand our reach. Customer Journey & Messaging: Define messaging aligned with identified customer journeys. Marketing Optimisation: Track, report, and optimise marketing initiatives based on data-driven insights and ROI. In-Software Marketing: Use Appcues to enhance in-app communication and engagement. What We’re Looking For SaaS & B2B Marketing Experience – ideally in legal tech, professional services, or a similar field. Content & Email Marketing Expertise – strong skills in writing, automation, and A/B testing. Multi-Channel Campaign Execution – experience managing paid ads, EDMs, and social media. Data-Driven Decision Maker – ability to track KPIs, optimise campaigns, and measure success. Creative & Strategic Thinker – able to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.
