Manage the company’s online presence, including website, social media channels, and digital advertising campaigns. Coordinate and oversee the production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and client-facing materials. Collaborate with different departments to align marketing activities and generate qualified leads. Analyse marketing performance data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Effectively communicating with customers to understand their vehicle service and repair needs. Interpreting and explaining service and repair recommendations to customers. Processing work orders, parts orders, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner. 2nd, 3rd and 4th year Heavy Vehicle Apprentice – Wodonga Diagnose, service, and repair. Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tyre rotations. Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Engage in ongoing training to obtain qualifications. Car Mechanic to be trained as a Diesel Mechanic – Wodonga Diagnose, service, and repair. Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tyre rotations. Engage in ongoing training to upskill and obtain new qualifications, including becoming a qualified Diesel Mechanic. To assist management in implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction levels. Plan by maximising the number of hours sold, driving revenue per transaction. Maximise quality and overall efficiency. Lead, motivate, coach and develop the team to achieve daily objectives. Conduct all final road tests to ensure all work is carried out and completed to a satisfactory standard. Ensure that the manufacturer’s warranty standards are adhered to at all times. Providing top customer service and follow-up. Develop new business opportunities. Business development from existing customers. Achieving sales targets. Go above and beyond to deliver the best guest experience. Trade Assistant and Apprentice Fabricator/Welder Assisting tradespeople with various fabrication tasks. Learning the fundamentals of welding under the guidance of skilled welders. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately. Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding tasks. Fabricators/Welders and 2nd, 3rd or 4th year apprentice – Wodonga Read and interpret shop drawings. Cut & prepare steel components. MIG / TIG Welding / Plasma cutting / Oxy operation. Oversee the panel beating and spray-painting sections. Stocking and ordering parts for the workshop. Loading, transporting, and unloading all types of vehicles and equipment in Albury – Wodonga area. Ensure facility and spray painting equipment are in good condition. Repair damaged motor vehicles with specialist equipment and tooling. Heavy vehicle/Equipment mechanic – Benalla Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy vehicles and equipment. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure vehicle safety and functionality. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and software. Conduct preventive maintenance services and advise on potential problems. Assist experienced technicians in the diagnosis, service and repair of light vehicles. Develop skills in using specialised tools and equipment to perform maintenance and repairs. Participate in ongoing training to expand your technical knowledge and skills. As a Trainee, you will develop customer service skills, food and beverage skills, and barista skills. Customer service in bar and restaurant area.
