Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.Analyze digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot, and adjust tactics to optimize results.Stay current with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to keep the company’s efforts innovative. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and convert them into customers.Analyze sales funnels and customer journeys to identify and address conversion gaps.Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead nurturing and sales goals. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing direction, feedback, and support for their professional development.Collaborate with other departments (sales, product, customer service) to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.Manage external marketing agencies, vendors, and contractors as needed for specialized services (e.g., design, PR, media buying).
