The role Endotherapeutics, a leader in delivering innovative medical solutions, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in a full-time maternity relief position . The main focus of this role is to manage, coordinate, organise, and execute a yearly marketing plan, and support the sales team under the leadership and direction of the Head of Marketing. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Plan, execute, and coordinate with the Marketing and Product Management Team a comprehensive Financial Year marketing plan which sets out key marketing objectives and strategies that will drive the achievement of the national sales budget. Account management of selected Business Unit/s. Maintain website content including information and eCommerce. Manage B2B and B2C Social Media channels relevant to allocated account portfolio/s. Provide guidance by mentorship, including proofing, marketing messaging, and marketing planning to the Marketing Coordinators and Marketing Assistants within the team. Regularly liaise with stakeholders and report on the execution of the marketing plan and ensure activities are kept to the schedule. Maintain marketing systems knowledge and proactively engage in training opportunities to improve marketing systems knowledge. Product support specialist – determine training, service, and marketing needs of clients. Utilise all CRM and marketing automation systems in conjunction with the execution of the role, including assisting with keeping the systems up to date. Keep abreast of the latest market trends and innovations in healthcare, medical devices, and marketing. About you 2+ years of experience in a senior marketing or similar role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lead others as a senior member of the team. Excellent copywriting skills, proofing, and grammar. Proven track record and ability to plan and execute a detailed marketing plan. Ability to report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and measure and report on their success. Ability to work constructively and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Sound knowledge of TGA Advertising Code and MTAA compliance. Experience using Salesforce, Pardot, or equivalent marketing automation system. Experience planning and executing social growth and engagement strategies. Experience marketing, managing, and coordinating events. Experience building customer relationships. Understanding of online user experience architecture, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Pay Per Click advertising (PPC), Social Media Marketing (SMM), and analytics tools.
