Marketing Manager – Residential Aged Care Full-time Permanent role based in Sydney CBD – Hybrid work model. About Uniting At Uniting, we believe in taking real steps to make the world a better place. Role Purpose As the Marketing Manager – Residential Aged Care, you will be responsible for driving the delivery, execution, and achievement of outcomes outlined in the marketing strategy for Residential Aged Care services across NSW and ACT. This role is critical in shaping our brand identity and driving business targets. Key Responsibilities Plan and implement strategic and tactical marketing activities to assist in achieving business targets. Manage the development and execution of all campaign assets and ensure that all marketing materials are in line with our brand identity. Track, analyze, and optimize the performance of campaigns and key projects. Manage and deliver projects within budget and on time. Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities. Develop well-written and compelling marketing briefs that articulate marketing challenges and communicate the marketing initiatives. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, develop insights, and implement improvement strategies. Work autonomously and directly with service stakeholders to support key projects. Clearly communicate with all key stakeholders and keep track of project milestones, status, and budgets. Perform all marketing administration functions accurately and within required deadlines. Support the marketing team’s archive function by efficiently filing and storing relevant marketing material. Qualifications and Experience Typically, this role will require 5 or more years of experience in a similar marketing position within the Aged Care industry. Prior knowledge of or experience working within the Aged Care sector is highly regarded for this position. Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, understanding data from multiple sources and making recommendations to inform strategic plans. Exceptional interpersonal and effective communication skills, with experience developing comprehensive written documentation and reports. Deep knowledge of go-to-market project management, with a strong customer-centric focus in a time-critical environment. Experience working with creative agencies and an understanding of how agencies operate. Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and measuring tactical marketing strategies, end-to-end. Demonstrated ability to develop successful marketing campaigns linked to business objectives to achieve targets, budget, and return on investment.
