You'll be at the forefront of brand building, demand generation, content creation, and fostering a thriving ecosystem of founders, investors, and industry leaders.Key Responsibilities: Growth Strategy Development: Partner with our investment team to craft marketing strategies that accelerate business growth (think deal generation and capital raising) as well as closely collaborating with Greenhouse, our sister business in the climate tech sector. Brand Building: Position Investible as a leading VC firm in the region, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence across all channels. Demand Generation & Community Building: Drive engagement through events, media, and social channels while building relationships with key stakeholders across the startup and investment ecosystem. Content Creation: Develop thought leadership content, announcements, and industry submissions to showcase our firm's expertise and portfolio companies. Marketing Infrastructure & Insights: Create scalable frameworks and tools to track performance and optimise marketing strategies to meet KPIs like deal flow, LP outreach, and community engagement. What We're Looking For: Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in marketing strategy, brand building, content creation and demand generation. Passion for the startup ecosystem and the venture capital industry. Direct experience working for a VC or startup would be highly regarded. Strong execution experience across multiple channels, including social media, newsletters and events. Strong ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders. Data-driven mindset to analyse and improve marketing performance.
