We are looking for a Marketing Manager/Coordinator to join our team working 2-3 days per week. The Marketing Manager/Coordinator for Property Management and Advocacy is responsible for developing and supporting the promotion of our property management and advocacy services. This role involves enhancing brand awareness, driving client engagement, and effectively communicating our value proposition to property owners, renters, and stakeholders in the property community. Your expertise will strengthen our reputation for property management excellence and amplify our advocacy efforts to make renting and owning a home more secure, equitable, and dignified. We’re looking for a dynamic and resourceful marketing professional who is passionate about creating impactful campaigns that resonate with property owners and renters alike. Using data-driven insights and creative strategies, you’ll bring our mission to life across digital and traditional platforms. Key responsibilities: Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for property management services and advocacy initiatives. Brand Management: Enhance brand visibility and reputation through targeted marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and community outreach. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and materials. Content Creation: Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, website content, and social media posts that highlight our services and advocacy efforts. Collaborate with internal teams to develop case studies, success stories, and testimonials. Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, lead generation, and build employer brand. Local Area Marketing: Promotions to achieve maximum cut through and lead generation goals, resulting in monthly targets being achieved across Property Management Business Development and Advocacy. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external, including engaging and managing suppliers. Event Planning and Management: Plan and execute events, workshops, and seminars to educate stakeholders and promote our services. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Property Management Business Development and Advocacy teams to align marketing efforts with business development goals. Ideal attributes: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the property sector. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze data and generate insights to inform decision-making. Proven project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
