Job Description The Marketing, Media, Administration Officer at Value Care Limited plays a crucial role in enhancing the company's visibility and engagement through effective marketing strategies and administrative support. This position requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple responsibilities while contributing to the overall success of the organisation. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various platforms to promote company services and initiatives. Creating engaging content for social media, websites, newsletters, and other communication channels to attract and retain clients. Coordinating with external media agencies to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Assisting in market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities that inform strategic decisions. Managing administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records related to marketing activities. Supporting the team in organising events, workshops, or promotional activities that enhance community engagement. Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing efforts through analytics and feedback mechanisms. This role requires strong organisational skills, creativity in content creation, as well as excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement within marketing processes while ensuring smooth administrative operations within the department.
