The role demands a dynamic and innovative thinker with deep expertise in pharmaceutical marketing in Australia. This person will play a critical role in elevating LTR Pharma’s brand, promoting our key product SPONTAN, across all platforms with consumer-focused and HCP directed campaigns. Key Responsibilities Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and execution of LTR Pharma's product marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. Product Marketing: Drive the marketing strategy for SPONTAN across healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumer markets. Agency Management: Oversee multiple marketing and digital agencies, ensuring cohesive messaging and successful campaign execution. Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all platforms (digital, print, social media, events, etc.). Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Medical Affairs, Sales, and Regulatory teams, to ensure integrated communication efforts. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities are compliant with TGA regulations and any applicable pharmaceutical advertising guidelines. Campaign Management: Lead integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and direct marketing, tailored to both Australian and global audiences. Thought Leadership: Serve as a thought leader in pharmaceutical marketing, staying up to date on industry trends, especially in ED treatments. Marketing Systems: Implement Marketing systems to manage document controls. Key Requirements Experience: Minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical marketing with experience in RX and consumer pharmaceutical markets. Industry Knowledge: High-level technical and medical knowledge in the pharma industry, with an understanding of ED treatments and regulatory environments (TGA). Australian Market Expertise: Proven experience in the Australian pharmaceutical landscape is essential, with a strong understanding of local compliance, marketing standards, and industry trends. Agency Management: Strong experience managing multiple external agencies and coordinating cross-functional teams.
