We’re looking for a Marketing Project Specialist to join our team and help shape impactful, customer-centric marketing projects across multiple channels and audiences.Reporting to the Senior Brand & Marketing Manager – RAIVE (Research, Agents, International and Vocational Education), you’ll play a key role in planning, managing, and delivering a variety of marketing initiatives that drive engagement and results. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, where your expertise in marketing project management, stakeholder engagement, and process optimisation will be highly valued.What You’ll Do: Lead and coordinate innovative marketing projects that align with strategic goals Work closely with colleagues and admissions to update and manage course content within the VTAC database Review Academic Senate Annexures to ensure all relevant changes required on any relevant marketing collateral in scope are communicated and updated. Continuously monitor and oversee all rankings, statistics and facts updates – internally and externally – to update the Swinburne Facts & Stats spreadsheet, and ensure relevant updates on the various touchpoints Optimise marketing processes, ensuring efficiency, alignment, and impact Provide expert advice on brand consistency, ensuring Swinburne’s identity shines through all collateral To be successful in this role, you should have experience in marketing project management and campaign execution. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills will be essential, as you will be working with a wide range of internal and external partners. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment and who understands the importance of facts and accuracy, brand integrity and audience engagement.About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: Demonstrated experience working in a marketing/project management role – and achieving successful outcomes – for a large and complex organisation, including stakeholder management. Demonstrated experience in managing the production of end-to-end marketing projects, campaigns and communication strategies within scope, time, and budget. High-level organization skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize work requirements and to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Experience in Agile project management methodologies and practices and the Adobe marketing suite Evidence of a high level of teamwork and collaboration skills which create and foster a highly cooperative environment and build cross–organizational interaction Demonstrated experience in building credibility and high levels of trust with colleagues, staff and stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate internally and externally to the institution.
