Job Description
Eltirus Brisbane City, Queensland, Australia Marketing & Promotion Manager Due to the expansion of our activities, we are seeking a Marketing & Promotion Manager to join our team and lead the expansion of our business in Australia and New Zealand. You will be responsible for conducting market research to ensure we have a clear idea of what our target market needs and what they will pay for it. You will also manage the creation of all promotional materials, including our website, print ads, social media accounts, internal sales materials, etc. What You’ll Do Based in Brisbane, you will work with our clients in Australia and New Zealand to: Research specific market opportunities to help us understand what potential clients are looking for, how big the market is and how much they would expect to pay for those services. Create Marketing plans where opportunities are found in the marketplace. Coordinate web and graphic designers to create effective, engaging promotional materials that bring in new business. Manage the company LinkedIn page and posts. Manage the company website and keep it up to date with fresh materials. Work with our media partners on web and print advertising. Create and maintain the promotion and advertising calendar. Liase with the Business Development and Sales team to create the sales materials they need. Attend company/industry events to record video footage and photos for promotional materials. About You A Marketing Professional with at least ten years' B2B experience. Familiarity with the mining, construction materials, civil construction or allied industries. Demonstrated market research abilities. Good writing and verbal communication skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interviewing skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel within Australia and New Zealand.
