We’re on the hunt for a Finance Marketing Coordinator who can juggle budgets and sprinkle some marketing magic on everything they touch! If you thrive on blending numbers with creativity, this is the dream job you didn’t know you were waiting for! This is an exciting, fun and fast-paced role where you will play a critical role in supporting all the teams to ensure seamless execution of administrative and financial tasks related to marketing services. Sounds great! Tell me about the role Processing charges and refunds: Efficiently manage the processing of marketing-related charges and refunds to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Budgeting, Reconciliation, and Accruals: Support the budgeting process, perform reconciliation of marketing expenses, and assist with accruals to maintain financial accuracy and compliance. Collaboration with Finance Team: Work closely with the Finance team to align processes, resolve discrepancies, and ensure cohesive financial reporting for marketing initiatives. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to contribute to the efficient functioning of marketing operations and alignment with financial objectives. Assist in other brand, campaign and marketing services related tasks as needed. You’re Likely a Match If you have A passion for both finance and marketing (it’s a rare combo, but we know you’ve got it!) Excellent communication skills (because let’s face it, numbers need a little bit of storytelling!) Previous experience in marketing, with a flair for finance A keen eye for detail and a knack for turning data into actionable insights A team player who knows how to make work fun (we promise, there’s never a dull moment here!)
