WHAT YOU WILL MANAGE & GROW As the Marketing Product Specialist for this healthcare leader, you will be responsible for creating compelling product messaging and supporting the launch and promotion of products. The role aims to enhance product visibility, drive customer engagement, and contribute to overall business growth by aligning marketing initiatives with market demands and organizational goals. This position requires strategic collaboration with Product Managers to translate technical specifications into customer-centric messaging, partnering with the Marketing team to create campaigns, content, and strategies that resonate with healthcare audiences. You will be involved in product launch planning and execution and create and implement comprehensive go-to-market plans, coordinating across teams to ensure timely, aligned product launches. You will develop and distribute marketing collateral for internal teams and provide training to equip teams for effective customer communication. You will leverage market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to refine strategies and use data-driven insights to enhance product positioning and campaign effectiveness. WHAT EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB? University or tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or other relevant qualifications. You will have marketing experience in a similar role (5+ years), ideally in healthcare/medical devices or pharmaceuticals. As a qualified marketing professional, you can discuss elements that form the marketing mix, how product innovation translates into practical positioning, and how this benefits your customer. Ideally, you will have experience in creating impactful product visibility marketing strategies for high customer engagement. You will have worked with sales teams, visited healthcare customers, and been involved in product evaluations.
