Your Role There is no typical working week at Flybuys. But here are some of the things you will be working on, day-to-day; Contributing to building Australia biggest active loyalty program by ensuring our members maximise the value they receive in the first 12 months of their membership Support the Senior Marketing Manager in translating the lifecycle marketing strategy into actionable campaign and initiative roadmaps Deliver lifecycle campaigns that drive acquisition of valuable new members and nurture them into engaged members through a seamless onboarding experience. Increase engagement of the existing member base by promoting key program engagement actions. Work within an agile methodology to adapt and develop strategies that meet business objectives and key results. Contribute to Flybuys OKRs and make informed decisions to ensure the success of campaigns and initiatives. Build and coordinate cross-channel campaigns prioritising owned channels, ensuring a cohesive and complementary approach to reach members effectively. Manage the end-to-end delivery of marketing initiatives from briefing, creative development, execution, digital build and PIR Focus on digital channels including push notifications, in-app stories, content cards, in-app messages, eDM, social media, and digital paid media. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across Digital Ops, Creative, Product, Media, PR & Content, and Partner teams, as well as external stakeholders at partner brands, agencies and platform suppliers. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while closely monitoring the performance of live projects and implementing rapid solutions to ensure their success. Develop and execute complex lifecycle initiatives with multi-segment/first-party audiences, utilising personalised 1:1 communications driven by member profiling and program behaviour. Identify opportunities through data-driven insights to integrate marketing tactics tailored to the member’s lifecycle stage. Work closely with Program Marketing and Creative Agencies to develop tailored and relevant comms to the different member segments, lifecycle stages, and touchpoints Continuously drive performance improvements by refining targeting, messaging, offers, and testing methods to maximize campaign impact. Your Experience Tertiary qualifications in Business / Marketing. 3+ years relevant industry experience. Proven experience in lifecycle marketing. Strong understanding of data analytics and ability to leverage insights for campaign optimisation. Experience in managing cross-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on digital channels. Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to adapt to changing business needs. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects concurrently. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Creative problem-solving skills with an emphasis on innovative campaign strategies. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments. Self-organised and can manage personal workload and prioritise tasks independently. Escalates issues when required Ability to prioritise multiple requests based on business and campaign objectives Proactive and results-oriented. Flexible and adaptable to change, thriving in a fast-paced environment. Strong sense of ownership and accountability for campaign success and overall member experience.
