Job Description: As a Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients across both e-commerce and service industries. You will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that span across channels including Meta, Google, and TikTok, with the main goal being to retain and grow your client base. As part of a full-service agency, you will also partner with internal specialists to produce, design and deliver marketing strategies that integrate services like content creation, email marketing, Google, and SEO. An understanding of these services and their impact on the broader strategy is essential. This role requires a deep understanding of both lead generation and e-commerce, along with the ability to nurture client relationships, analyze campaign performance, and drive innovation within the marketing landscape. Tasks & Responsibilities: Client relationships Manage a portfolio of clients across e-commerce and service industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring satisfaction with our services. Communicate strategic decisions to clients and educate clients on our internal processes. Conduct weekly/fortnightly WIPs with clients to highlight results and the strategy, with formal reporting shared fortnightly. Strategy & Execution Create tailored marketing strategies ensuring alignment with client goals. For multi-service clients, work closely with internal teams such as Google Ads, Email Marketing, Content Creation, and SEO to develop and execute client strategies. Leverage data insights to develop and execute successful campaigns, analyze performance, and deliver results that exceed our clients' expectations. Create and update 3-6 month marketing plans for each client, adjusting strategies based on performance and industry trends. Identify opportunities to grow and upsell your clients. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a digital marketing agency. Proficient in Shopify backend, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels. Strong ability to analyze campaign performance, draw actionable insights, and optimize strategies accordingly. Proven track record in managing and developing client relationships, with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously. Experience working in cross-functional teams and leading projects that involve multiple stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate marketing strategies and results to clients.
