This permanent full-time position offers the chance to make a significant impact within the marketing department of a market leading contract catering company. Job Description Role responsibilities: Develop and execute brand standards and visual merchandising best practice Improve brand perception via well executed retail merchandising solutions Partner with the Operations teams to facilitate business outcomes through effective marketing and merchandising Partner with the business development teams to improve customer retention and support new business acquisition, specifically through the development of effective marketing and merchandising solutions Desired Skills and Experience Skills & experience: Previous Marketing & Merchandising experience Developed knowledge and experience of merchandising best practise and its application to the industry (or willingness to learn) Experience developing client facing merchandising concepts and / or proposals Well developed written and verbal communication skills Ability to think strategically and demonstrate 'forward thinking' and initiative What we offer: Competitive salary with salary sacrifice options available Structured leadership development program A suite of discounts across major companies Support around further training, licensing and accreditations Who we are: Cater Care is a leading, 100% Australian owned contract catering service provider, operating across multiple sectors (Aged care, Education, Retirement, Retail and Remote services).
