As part of this growth, we're looking for a fantastic team member to join our marketing team based out of our Braeside head office. Reporting to Head of Marketing, you will play a vital role in strategising, executing, and optimising digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels with a key focus in social media management. What are you going to be doing at TAXIBOX? Develop and maintain all marketing and communications collateral including digital marketing campaigns, website content, advertising, editorials, brochures, media releases, project-specific communications, and event materials. Drafting, writing, and editing articles and content pieces for the TAXIBOX blog and website. Creation of social media content plans for all channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn). Continuing to build an active and engaged community of brand loyalists across our social media and customer review platforms. Liaising with influencers, home stylists, charities, event organisers, and more to develop an engaged network of affiliates, ambassadors, and guest writers. On-site presence during internal events to capture content for social media. Review content to ensure all communications and collateral are consistent with our brand guidelines. Collaborate with the team to plan marketing strategies/campaigns that continue to build on the unique ‘TAXIBOX’ experience for our customers. Now to you! Success in this role requires: A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing and/or social media management roles. A solid understanding of social media strategy, best practices in platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics tools. An ability to create and edit videos by phone. Copywriting, editing, content creation, and proof-reading skills. Experience with EDMs, website CMS, and social media platforms. A base level of functional IT proficiency. We use a large tech stack (eg; Ortto, Trello, Slack, WordPress, Adobe Suite). Self-motivated, time management skills, and results oriented. Graphic design experience (preferred but not essential). Proven ability to meet deadlines. An ability to think out-of-the-box. No seriously – we value this stuff.
