Job Description Join our team as a Markets Operations Manager, where you will play a critical role in optimising our Markets Operations function. You will support the Associate Director of Markets Operations and Planning by ensuring timely execution of the quarterly sales incentive plan, improving governance, and enhancing sales performance reporting. Your focus will be on improving processes, managing data, and developing insights to help the sales team make informed decisions. This role involves working cross-functionally with Markets, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to streamline operations and boost sales performance. In this role, you will contribute to the creation of dashboards in collaboration with the Reporting teams and ensure the integrity and quality of sales-related reporting. You will onboard team members to metrics, KPIs, and SIP plans, analyse market performance data, track KPIs, and identify trends and areas for improvement. This function will support sales forecasting by providing historical data, trend analysis, and pipeline analysis. Additionally, you will maintain and update the CRM system with accurate sales data and provide reports and dashboards to relevant stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights. You will also support the Associate Director in streamlining and improving sales processes, recommending and implementing tools and best practices to enhance sales efficiency, and evaluating and improving sales workflows. Ensuring timely and accurate administration of the quarterly Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), maintaining appropriate documentation, and managing queries related to SIP discrepancies are key aspects of this role. Building relationships and maintaining communication with stakeholders at various levels and collaborating with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate compensation and incentive plans are also essential. Qualifications Experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or related fields. Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and sales enablement tools. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with different teams. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. Ability to handle large data sets and extract meaningful insights. The ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders and negotiate to achieve mutually agreeable outcomes.
