Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Materials Management (Process) SME with deep business process knowledge across materials and warehouse management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP ECC, S4 HANA MM & EWM, and integrations with Maximo, P2P, Ariba, and Fieldglass. Industry experience in Refineries is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for materials management processes. Develop and maintain process documentation and workflows. Identify and implement process improvements using industry best practices. Configure, test, and train users on SAP ECC & S4 HANA MM and EWM. Support Maximo integration with SAP systems. Deliver training programs and provide end-user support. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Required Skills: Expertise in SAP ECC, S4 HANA MM & EWM (certification preferred). Experience with Maximo integration & cloud-based procurement solutions. Strong process improvement background (Lean/Six Sigma preferred). Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and industry regulations.
