These roles will suit professional, highly motivated, operations-focused applicants who have previous McDonald’s Management experience, are focused on the delivery of McDonald's Standards, have the ability to motivate a team, and also have fun along the way! Required Experience & Qualifications: Diploma of Hospitality Management or overseas equivalent Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same or similar occupation (this may substitute for formal qualifications) Tasks & Duties Required: Develop business goals and objectives to ensure growth & prosperity Develop a comprehensive budget and analyse monthly transactions Purchase & maintain stock levels according to budget Meeting & setting marketing plans and strategies to boost sales of the business Provide customer service and community awareness (check in to ensure client satisfaction) Develop recipes, and determine how to present dishes Plan menu and determine prices of recipes based on costs in budget Planning and organizing everyday functions of the business Ensure food quality control, and keep up with health regulations Clean store to ensure it is clean & functional Inspect supplies Train & supervise staff when required Take orders and any reservations of customers If you would like to develop your career with a global company, have the ability to lead by example, take pride in your work, and have a passion for coaching and achieving business results, we offer pay based on the Fast Food Award including bonuses (determined by your KPI's, skills, and experience).
