Mechanical Fitters and Coded Welders I CPPC March Shutdown PLI (Powerlift Industries) is a Karratha, Pilbara based leading service provider in the Mining and Resource industries, expanding business. We require experienced Mechanical Fitters and Coded Welders to join our team for a Shutdown at Cape Preston Port, Sino, on the following dates: Outflow Shutdown 05 - 11 March 2025 TA2 Shutdown 05 - 14 March 2025 Sino Iron is the largest magnetite mining and downstream processing operation in Australia, located 100km Southwest of Karratha in the mining hub of the Pilbara. ABOUT THE ROLE: 12 hours + travel Days $68.96 per hour / Nights $79.57 per hour Superannuation on all hours FIFO ex Perth or DIDO ex Karratha REQUIREMENTS: Proof of right to work in Australia (mandatory) Current and valid Australian drivers licence (mandatory) MSIC (highly desirable) High Risk Work Licence (Forklift and Elevated Work Platform) (highly desirable) GTA, WAH & CSE (highly desirable) White Card (desirable) Successful applicant is required to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing Powerlift Industries are an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourage people of all ages, identities, abilities and cultures including First Nations and Torres Strait Island people to apply.
