With over 60 years of combined engineering and manufacturing experience, we create cutting-edge, high-quality products for both local and international markets.About the role As a Trade Assistant, you will possess an unwavering commitment to quality, a safety-first mentality, and a desire to contribute to the maintenance and repairs of premium trailers. You will be responsible for assisting with the repairs of trailers, dolly’s, hydraulics, air systems, and electrics.Your key responsibilities: Execute assigned tasks accurately, and perform various duties as needed. Work with tradesmen to finish products meticulously through assembly, cleaning, grinding, or other necessary methods to meet high quality standards. Utilise a diverse range of work methods to get jobs done, including screwing, bolting, welding, and riveting, to skillfully assemble parts as per specifications. Conduct thorough checks and tests on work performed, ensuring compliance with specified requirements and maintaining high-quality standards.
