These international development projects contribute to a more professional, diverse and inclusive media across the region through building media skills and expertise, supporting content production and increasing business sustainability. Key tasks for a Project Coordinator include: Implementing contract requirements and project logistics Supporting administration, HR, and policy compliance Travel bookings and report writing Ensuring timelines are met Monitoring project plans and budgets Key tasks for a Project Administrator include: Budget and finance management support Program compliance Grant program management and monitoring Administration and report writing Previous experience managing grants is required. About You You will love admin and logistics! You will be well organised, a reliable team player, and thrive on juggling multiple tasks at once, as demonstrated through your proven project administration experience. Ideally, you will be passionate about development, media and have experience living in or working with the Indo-Pacific region. You will bring to our team: Project administration and implementation expertise - such as experience working on International Development or Australian community development grants and projects that demonstrates your administration, finance, organisational and multi-tasking skills. Finance and grant expertise - such as working on budgets, compliance and grant programs for non-government organisations or international development projects. Diversity of perspectives and cultural knowledge – such as Indigenous Australian and Torres Strait Islander and/or Indo-Pacific lived experience or heritage, and/or disability lived experience. Commitment to public interest media – through having worked in the media or development sector, being committed to the role media operating in the public interest plays in societies.
