This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours across Monday to Friday. The purpose of this role is to oversee daily operations, including HR, financial management, quality improvement, and compliance. Responsibilities involve managing staff, ensuring legal compliance, fostering relationships, and coordinating building maintenance. You will bring to the role: Prior experience in Practice Management in a GP practice. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Honesty, reliability, and self-motivation.
