We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Medical Coordinator to join our dynamic Medical APAC team at Stryker . In this diverse role, you'll provide top-notch support to our leaders and teams, helping us deliver world-class medical solutions across the region. What you’ll do: Support the Vice President, Medical APAC with diary, travel, and expenses. Coordinate key projects, including trade shows, congresses, and internal events . Manage logistics for Health Care Professional (HCP) activities, contracts, and compliance. Keep our teams connected – from new starter packs to distribution lists and Highspot access. Handle ad hoc admin tasks to keep the team running smoothly. What we’re looking for: Super organised and detail-oriented. Great at managing multiple projects at once. Confident communicator who enjoys working with diverse stakeholders. Previous experience in admin, events, or team support roles. Why Stryker?
