Join Our Team at Gold City Medical Centre! We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our dedicated team at Gold City Medical Centre. This is a part-time role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and supporting the smooth running of our medical practice. What Does the Job Require? Welcoming and greeting patients in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner Scheduling and managing a variety of patient appointments Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records Handling telephone and in-person inquiries and requests Performing administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry Ensuring the reception and waiting area are kept tidy and well-organized Providing support to the medical team of Doctors & Nurses as required What We Are Looking For: Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar customer service role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to interact with patients in a warm and professional manner Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in using various computer systems and medical practice software A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and providing quality patient care A team player with a positive and happy attitude Remuneration and Training: Gold City Medical Centre is committed to supporting a family-friendly work environment, wellbeing, and professional development of our team members.
