Job Description
Medical Services/Pharmacy Coach - ieMR Trainer Coach - ieMR Project The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following: Develop, plan and deliver digital education and training to staff across Metro North Health to facilitate learning and enable them to be proficient and independent with utilising digital applications. Utilise high-level communication techniques and processes to enhance consumer/person centred care delivery through digital systems training planning and delivery. Exercise professional judgement in providing services of a complex nature to support, coach and facilitate the delivery of high-quality digital training courses. Integrate clinical and health care knowledge, skills, and ability by supporting an evidence-based learning environment and participating in learning activities/opportunities for self and others. About the role This role is full time with the standard hours of operation being 8:00am – 4:06pm, Monday to Friday. Flexible working arrangements such as variable working hours, working from home and flex accrual may be supported.
