Job Description
Job Description Assisting in daily supervision of administrative tasks. Participating in developing effective plans for all operational procedures related to the medical services department. Participating in supervising and monitoring the performance of department managers and administrators. Assisting in the ongoing training of department managers. Regularly visiting departmental areas and preparing reports on periodic visits. Following up on the receipt of daily, weekly, and monthly reports from all departments under the administration and discussing them with the department manager. Providing regular reports to the department manager. Participating in developing the strategy for the medical services department across all its divisions to enhance their efficiency in collaboration with the department manager. Supervising the delivery of services to patients with high quality and in a timely manner within the department. Assisting in monitoring and overseeing all current and future Mersal projects. Ensuring the workflow within the department adheres to the institution's standards and policies. Supervising the implementation of infection control policies and ensuring compliance with these policies. The duties and responsibilities outlined above are not exhaustive, and the responsible manager may request additional reasonable tasks within the scope of skills and experience. Job Requirements Bachelor degree in Medicine. Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor. In-depth knowledge of performance metrics. Good PC skills, especially MS Excel. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Organizational and time-management skills. Decision-making skills. Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
